Parts hang from rack bars into the plating bath while direct current drives metal out of solution and onto every surface. It's careful, hands-on work, and it's the heart of what we do.

Every job runs through a disciplined, documented process.

1. 01 ### Quote

    Send prints, specs or a sample part. We’ll return a free estimate.
2. 02 ### Clean & prep

    Parts are degreased, cleaned and activated for a perfect bond.
3. 03 ### Plate

    DC current deposits an even metal layer in a controlled bath.
4. 04 ### Seal & treat

    Chromate, passivation or baking, as your spec calls for.
5. 05 ### Test & ship

    Thickness is checked and documented, then parts ship on time.
